Thank you for sharing your story. It seems everyone in aviation, particularly pilots, have a origins story. My granddaughter, age 4, recently got a photo seated in the cockpit of a 737. It made my heart swell seeing her potential, and the opportunity, if she should choose the aviation route, and follow in the footsteps of her Grandpa.
I am a member of Friends of the Ninety Nines and WIA in support of women in aviation careers. I also partner with the Blue Jireh Foundation in raising awareness of aviation careers in young people.
